Through Reed Legal Costs he provides independent and impartial advice and Costs services to the legal and insurance professions along with private and semi-state bodies.

David is a Fellow and former Secretary of the Institute of Legal Costs Accountants and is a Certified Member of the Mediators’ Institute of Ireland.
